I am still living six months of my year in Methoni travelling backwards and forwards from England. During my travels I try to note my visual experiences in my sketchbooks using a variety of methods and media. Pencil and ink are very easy to handle quickly without fuss but lack the subtile quality of colour. And though I can readily short term memorise an image, fixing colour in my head is almost impossible.
